Counter Sales & Pick-up Changes
Dear Valued Customer,
- Counter Sales will remain closed until further notice.
- Freight, Delivery or Postage are preferred where possible.
- Orders will be processed in advance with non-account customers to organize payment via eft or credit card prior to collection.
- For collection of material, we will notify when ready for pick up. Orders need to be processed via Email, Fax or phone with our Sales team.
- On arrival, please proceed to roller doors situated at the north of our factory and remain in your vehicle. Please call 03 9544 1100 and our staff will attend to your needs.
- If you require small quantities or samples of material, please call, we still offer our offcuts, scrap and damaged material at discount prices. These just need to be processed prior to your arrival.
- No access to our warehouse will be permitted unless authorized.
- Cash payment or Pay on Pick-up will not be accepted unless arranged with our Sales staff.
